Valerian (Valeriana officinalis):
Valerian is a widely recognised and

sedative. The natural chemical
actions of Valerian help improve
the ability to fall asleep faster and
to decrease feelings of anxiety,
without impairing mental function.
Hops (Humulus lupulus):
Hops acts in a similar way to
melatonin to naturally promote
sound sleep. By helping the body
to keep in sync with the rhythms
of day and night, regulation of
sleep is promoted through maintenance
of the sleep-wake rhythm.
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis):
The effects of Valerian and Hops
are enhanced by Lemon balm,
which can increase calmness, to aid
with daily tenseness, restlessness
and irritability. This is also necessary
to assist with sleep quality and
decreasing sleep onset time.
